Set in the stunning main building of Crosthwaite House, dating back to 1750, this property is in the beautiful Lake District National Park with stunning views across the Lyth Valley, that are a joy to behold, set between the shores of Lake Windermere and the historic town of Kendal. A short drive from the property will bring visitors to the shore of Lake Windermere and the lakeside town of Bowness, which is an ideal location to try out a variety of water sports. If you prefer, you can explore the local area and visit the many different attractions which there is no shortage of. Kendal is a great location for a bit of shopping with a variety of outlets and historic buildings. It also boasts castles, and two museums which are perfect for a family day out. While set within the owners grounds, it's self contained and privacy is assured.
