A truly relaxing place that also offers fishing lakes. If you can bear to tear yourself away there is much to see and do nearby the coastal villages and towns of Braunton, Croyde, Woolacombe, Lynmouth, Lynton, Ilfracombe are all within a 30 minute drive. The National Trust property Arlington Court is just 4 miles and Knighthayes Court is a 45 minute drive. Just 10 miles from the local beach and 1.5 miles from the pub. On entering the light and airy studio style accommodation you will find yourself in the charming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area which also has a wood burner, TV and DVD and French doors which lead out onto the decked balcony. The sleeping area with super king size zip and link can be made up as a twin on request. The well equipped kitchen has everything you will need during your stay including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Exploring the studio further you will find a shower room with a walk in shower and WC. Step outside to enjoy dining alfresco on the decked balcony area. Enjoy overlooking the ponds on the comfortable garden furniture and rear courtyard with access to private parking area providing ample space to park.
