Well situated between the beaches and destinations of the North and South coast, Watergate Bay, Charlestown, St Mawes, Holywell Bay (one of the Poldark beaches) and the cathedral city of Truro with its wonderful independent shops, art galleries and cobbled streets are all within easy reach. Whether it s sailing, surfing, gardens, food or art there is something for everyone. For the foodies, the local area boasts several restaurants many having sea views, and an abundance of ancient pubs offering traditional food. Within easy reach are some of Cornwall s best gardens, including The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Tregothnan, Trewithen, Caerhays and The Eden Project. The master suite is a super king size room with a balcony overlooking gardens and the countryside, with an adjoining dressing room which can double up as a cot room and en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside to the garden with mature shrubs and plants, this is fully enclosed by a redbrick wall, thus giving complete privacy on the large private terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for an evening of alfresco dining.
