Set in the traditional Cornish village of Polruan with its quayside and tidal beach, shop and pubs, this is an ideal quiet spot to sit and watch the world go by. Take the regular passenger ferry across to Fowey, a bustling small port with many craft shops, galleries and restaurants. Head further afield and visit the National Trust's Lanhydrock, with Victorian house, woodland and riverside paths to explore, or Pencarrow House and Gardens. Take a trip at Bodmin and Wenford railway or spend a day on the water at Siblyback Lake and Country park with water sports, sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. For a touch of history, explore Daphne du Mauriers Smugglers Museum or the Museum of Witchcraft. There is something for everyone. On entering the light and bright entrance hall of this stylish property, you will find storage for muddy boots and coats. The hallway leads through to the open plan kitchen/dining area and two ground floor bedrooms.
