In Llanfihangel nant Melan in the Radnorshire hills with delightful walks from the doorstep to suit all abilities from short to long walks. Stroll to the local pub, head to the village of Old Radnor with 15th century Welsh longhouse pub or pop to Llandrindod Wells, a Victorian spa town, boasting a range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Explore the Mortimer Trail and walks to Hergest Ridge, inspirational for Elgar and Mike Oldfield. Head to Presteigne with the Judges Lodgings or to Ludlow with its castle. Visit Stokesay Castle, Hampton Court Gardens, Hergest Croft Gardens and National Trust s Powis Castle and Gardens. The area is a paradise for walkers and cyclists to explore Radnor Valley, the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Shropshire Hills. Around the corner is the lovely bathroom with bath and WC, and the double bedroom, designed for a good night s sleep. Up the wooden staircase to the first floor you will find the further three beautiful bedrooms to choose from, another double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with exposed beams and lovely views to wake up to. After a full day out, relax in a hot bubble bath in the second bathroom with bath and WC. Outside, the house is surrounded by the enclosed garden with lawn, trees and gates to the lake and into the paddocks.
