Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this apartment enjoys close proximity to the swimming, paddling, fishing and boating on offer at Freshwater Bay. The apartment lies next to a small hotel, in a wing of apartments that have a shared communal garden. From here you have access to the coastal path and other delightful footpaths, all offering spectacular views of the National Trust protected coastline. Walk west across Tennyson Down to the Needles, or east towards St Catherine s Lighthouse on the southern tip of the island. An 18 hole golf course is within walking distance, while the sandy bays of Totland and Colwell are also close by. Step through the front door and into the modern, cosy apartment. Relax in the spacious open plan living room, which has double doors which open onto the private balcony. There s also a comfortable sofa and TV/DVD, as well as an attractive dining area with incredible views. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, while there s also a washer/dryer should you need one during your stay. Call it a night in the charming bedroom, which has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. There is a shower room with WC. The balcony extends along the length of the property and has its own garden furniture, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the glimpses of the sea and downs and breathe in the fresh sea air. Why not enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the sea birds, or perhaps dine al fresco? There are also deck chairs in the communal garden. At the side of the property you ll find a private parking space for one car and access to the apartment from the parking area is without steps.
