The nearby restaurants, pubs, supermarket and shops provide plenty to enjoy and explore. The beach is a short walk away and stretches for miles in each direction. You're not far from Saltburn with its beautiful pier extensions, funicular train and the beach. Walk along the promenade of multi coloured beach huts or paddle along the shore. Walking enthusiasts and nature lovers won't be disappointed either, with the scenic coastal path close by, and the North Yorkshire Moor National Park within easy reach. The beautiful seaside villages of Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby are all within easy reach. Stepping into the property, you will find yourself in the lounge area within the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, you'll instantly feel at home. There is only a restriction at a small area of the beach in Saltburn where dogs are not allowed in May to Sep. Shop, pub and restaurant within walking distance. Storage for bikes. Smart TV with Sky including Sky Boxsets & Sky Sports. Modern electric heaters fitted replacing old gas based heaters.
