Located on the edge of Buildwas village, just one and a half miles from the UNESCO world heritage site at Ironbridge, which boasts ten museums, independent shops, pubs and restaurants, not forgetting the world famous Bridge. Fishermen can enjoy the River Severn, only 200 meters away, with day and week permits available in Ironbridge. With the added accolade that Ironbridge has recently been voted 6th in a Which survey for the top 60 UK towns to visit, you can enjoy numerous walks in the Ironbridge Gorge. Also on your doorstep is the Shropshire Hills, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This landscape of rolling hills and river valleys offers even more opportunities for walking, cycling and golf, to mention just a few. Visit museums, galleries and National Trust properties such as Attingham Park, Benthall Hall and Dudmaston or head to the historic towns of Much Wenlock, Bridgnorth or Shrewsbury. There is so much to see and do. Enter via the kitchen, flooded with natural light and views over the top paddock. There is the useful utility with washing machine, fridge/freezer and space to hang up your coats and kick off your boots.
