Situated just 2 miles from the popular market town of Holt, this property is in an ideal location for exploring all that North Norfolk has to offer, including pretty villages and beautiful beaches. Holt is an elegant Georgian town offering an array of independent shops, and upmarket cafes, as well as traditional shops such as a butcher and a greengrocer: perfect for stocking up the kitchen. Continue north, some 8 miles to the coastal reserve at Blakeney, or perhaps head to the seaside town of Cromer, 10 miles east of the property. Approaching the property along a quiet country road, guests will find that the front door opens directly into the welcoming kitchen with its oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The washing machine can be found in the separate utility room, off from which there is a cloakroom with WC. Outside, there is a lawned garden overlooked by an attractive patio seating area with garden furniture, which is ideal for al fresco dining.
