Situated in the heart of the Bedfordshire the property is an ideal base for those looking to explore the surrounding area, with many pretty villages and miles of country lanes to wander down. Further afield visit Bletchley Park home of the wartime code breakers, Whipsnade Zoo, Woburn Abbey and the Shuttleworth Collection. London is a short train ride away. For shopping head to Bedford with thriving high street or Milton Keynes for great shopping, indoor ski slope, theatres and cinemas. To the front of the property there in ample off road parking. The owners live on in the neighbouring property. Need to know: Bedrooms 1 super king (which can be made into a twin on request, 1 double bed. Bathroom Family bathroom with bath and shower over, en suite shower room to master bedoom. Wifi (not unlimited usage). Electric oven with induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Washing machine/dryer. Hot tub Eating in, or around the hot tub is not permitted and it is not to be used after consuming alcohol. Pizza oven. Tennis court by prior arrangement with the owner during the guests stay. Shop and pub within walking distance. The owners live on site and smoking is not permitted within the grounds. A sofa bed is available with prior arrangement from the owner for children (There will be an extra charge for bed linen for the sofa bed).
