Located in the beautiful coastal village of Port Eynon, one of the most sought after destinations of the Gower Peninsula. There are local shops, pub and most importantly the glorious sandy beach all within walking distance. Gower is ever popular with surfers, walkers and cyclists alike, here you are well placed to enjoy all these activities. Spend a day at the renowned village of Oxwich, which is just a short drive away. For a family fun day out explore caves, Iron Age forts, Medieval castles, churches and a lighthouse, all within easy reach. Mumbles also has a range of independent shops and eateries for you to try out. A great spot for families and couples alike. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter into this detached dormer bungalow, into a good sized kitchen. This well equipped space has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, along with a kitchen table to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. Through to a large lounge/diner with ample seating, TV and a gas wood burner effect fire. Heading through the inner hallway takes you to a ground floor twin bedroom and there is a ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Upstairs you will find a further two bedrooms, a master double with a nice sea view and a twin, again with sea view. There is a bathroom with bath and WC across the landing. Outside there is a large enclosed lawned garden with patio area and charcoal BBQ, ideal for children and your dog to play in. Private parking is available for two cars and an outside storage room for those with bikes, wet suits or surf boards. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 double and 2 twins. 2 bathrooms. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Electric and central heating included. Private parking for 2 cars. One medium sized dog up to Labrador size welcome. Our cleaning company are experienced in biohazard cleaning and are accredited with the following: NEBOSH, IOSH, National Academy of Crime Scene Cleaners NACSC and Biohazard, Killgerm / Pest Control PASMA, UKATA, IATP and COSHH . A deep Covid clean is carried out between each change over. Due to the shortage of public transport, a vehicle is required for travel .
