With walks from the door across mixed woods, farmlands and through ancient tracks, the stunning views constantly change. Nearby Goodrich Castle sits majestically within a wooded hill. For enthusiastic cyclists, cycle paths guide you through the Forest of Dean where you can take in the magic of Puzzle Wood and the history of the Clearwell Caves. Views from Symonds Yat rock are not to be missed. Ross on Wye is within easy reach and is hailed as the birthplace of modern tourism with 17th century market house, and Monmouth, the birthplace of Henry V. Step outside into the established grounds and enjoy the natural beauty of the meadows surrounding the barn with table and chairs. There are approximately three acres where you are free to wander, meet the owner s friendly sheep and chickens that roam the orchard, take a stroll up the meadow and relax on the perfectly sited bench to enjoy the view.
