The nearby village of Hovingham (3 miles) is home to a couple of traditional pubs and a wonderful tea room you can visit during your stay. Head 4 miles south to stop by the award winning lavender farm, home to a deer, a sculpture park and quaint tea room. What's more, you are 17 miles from the medieval city of York and all of its delightful attractions.
