Stood on the edge of a picturesque orchard, this brick and timber built detached holiday lodge is found in a very pleasant Teme Valley farm location, not far from the pretty Worcestershire village of Clifton on Teme. A day trip to historic Worcester is highly recommended whilst in the area, where you will find a mixture of history, culture, and fantastic shops and restaurants to choose from. There is a coarse fishing lake nearby, plus the River Teme where fishing is also possible with prior arrangement with the owners. Explore the footpaths, find a cosy pub, or just sit back and enjoy your surroundings. Situated on a hill, with the farm located below, you can rest assured that you ll be surrounded by glorious countryside. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the perfect place for the family to spend some time together relaxing; the lounge has plenty of comfortable places to sit, plus a TV for you to catch up on a show together. The kitchen is well equipped, benefitting from an electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, and a dishwasher. French doors open out on to the veranda and allow light to flood the space, creating an airy room with a large dining table to seat up to six people. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom, complete with an en suite shower room and WC. On the first floor, you will find a spacious double bedroom, another twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath. There is plenty of outdoor space in the garden for kids to play, an open air cafe and a communal games room . There is a veranda with seating and beautiful views to enjoy on warmer evenings, and ample off road parking. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 double, 2 twins. 1 bathroom with shower over bath, 1 en suite shower room. Electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher. Communal games room. Open air cafe Thursday to Sunday. Free fishing available in the adjacent lake or nearby river. Electric included. Bed linen and towels included. 4pm arrival. Ample parking. Wi Fi available. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Unenclosed garden but dogs will be safe on a lead in communal areas. Dogs not allowed upstairs. Field available for dogs to run free. Less than a mile to Clifton on Teme with shop, post office and pubs.
