Situated in an attractive courtyard, this property is surrounded by open fields stretching out towards the Downs. A short stroll will bring you to the nearby village of Godshill, home to a variety of tearooms, restaurants and pubs. A wonderful walking area, footpaths lead from the farm to Appuldurcombe House and join the extensive Stenbury Trail to Ventnor for its lovely beach. Two other stunning sandy beaches, Shanklin and Sandown, are only a short drive away. This can be accessed by the front door and by heading around the side of the cottage. Cars can be parked close to the cottage.
