This property enjoys a sought after location in the centre of Harrogate, right next to the towns attractive Valley Gardens. The Pump Room museum can be found within the gardens, offering a fascinating glimpse at the towns history and its role as a spa town. Also located in the gardens, the Old Magnesia Well Pump Room is now home to a popular cafe, whilst the famous Bettys Tearooms is situated just a short stroll from the property. The towns sumptuous Turkish Baths are also situated within walking distance of the property, offering an excellent range of treatments and spa days. Upon entering this property, guests will find a communal lobby from where they will find 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment which is on the second floor. The main living space of the property is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a spacious room with dual aspect windows which floor the room with light. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, the first of which is an attractive super king size room which can be made up as a twin on request. This room has been thoughtfully furnished and benefits from plenty of storage space, its own TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. The second bedroom, meanwhile, is a king size room next to which the shower room is finished in a contemporary style and offers a double shower and WC. There is private gated parking for one car to the rear of the property. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 super king (can be made up as a twin on request more than 7 days in advance, if requested within 7 days a call out charge of 30 will be applied) and 1 king size.
