This property is perfect for those who want a relaxing holiday in a peaceful location, and yet would like to be close to some of the area s best loved beaches and attractions. Although it enjoys a quiet location set within rolling countryside, the popular seaside town of Sidmouth is just two miles away and offers two lovely sandy beaches and a range of shops, cafes and restaurants. Just a little way around the coast from Sidmouth, the towns of Torbay are all popular with visitors, each with its own unique character. From Torquay, a bustling town with chic bistros, to Paignton, a wonderful family orientated resort town with a zoo and a steam railway which runs just above the seafront. On entering this first floor apartment stairs bring guests directly to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This lovely sunny room offers stunning views over the neighbouring countryside, giving guests a real sense of peace and tranquillity. The lounge area has comfortable sofa seating, a TV with Freeview and DVD, as well as a window seat from which guests can enjoy those breathtaking views. The bathroom offers the best of both worlds whether guests want a long relaxing soak in the roll top bath or a quick refreshing shower as there is a large walk in shower, there is also a WC in this room. Outside, guests are able to enjoy the owner s enclosed meadow, a gorgeous natural area with mowed paths which lead down to a pond and seating area. There is parking provided for two cars.
