The cottage is based in a small courtyard cottage complex, designed to take advantage of the coastal views by positioning the main living area upstairs. Standing on high ground with far reaching views, it s the idyllic place to relax and unwind. Situated in a wonderful walking and cycling area, you can join the coastal path with breath taking views of the southern and westerns coasts of the island. For local amenities, head inland to the picturesque village of Brighstone with its pretty thatched cottages, ancient church, National Trust shop, a public house and a café. On this west side of the island there are several small sandy coves and delightful coastal villages. Entering on the ground floor to find three pretty bedrooms, two twin rooms and a double bedroom. The double boasts a lovely four poster bed and French doors opening out onto a small patio area. There is a bathroom with bath with handheld shower attachment and WC, and a separate shower room with WC. Stairs lead up to a wonderfully open living area with parquet floor and rugs. There is a lovely kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer; a pleasant dining area with table and chairs; and a delightful living area with comfortable sofas, arm chairs and TV/DVD. From this room, French doors open out onto a balcony where visitors can relax and enjoy the wonderful views. Outside there is a private courtyard style garden with low fencing. Outdoor furniture is provided so that meals can be enjoyed outside in the sunshine. There is off road parking for up to three cars to the side of the cottages.
