The property is in a superb location with access from Battery Lane and also the main car park, via a side gate. Polruan is a small fishing village in the parish of Lanteglos by Fowey in Cornwall. It is bounded on three sides by water. The village has two pubs and a passenger ferry that will take you across to Fowey. The neighbouring village of Bodinnick to the north is connected by a four mile walk along the hill tops. Further afield there are plenty of places to visit and things to do, why not visit the tall ships at Charlestown, take the brewery tour in St Austell or visit the Eden project and/or the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Also for those interested in stately homes why not visit Lanhydrock near Bodmin. Enter the property into porchway with ample storage, which leads through into the kitchen/diner which comes equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, TV and the dining tables with seats six. Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. There are many small winding streets lower down in the village, that are not suitable for cars..
