The idyllic stone retreat rests on working farmland, overlooking a bubbling stream at the foot of the garden. Just a 1.5 mile walk is the famed Ariundle Oakwood National Nature Reserve, a haven of stunning wildlife and scenery, while country walks and cycle routes abound from your doorstep and beyond the traditional crofting land. Within 19 miles are a kayaking school, Duart Castle with its haunted dungeons, and opportunities for spotting dolphins, whales and eagles on tours of the waters around Mull. Inside, find the light and bright refurbished interior, showcasing the country style features of the cottage. Sink into plentyful soft seating in the lounge, lazing in front of the TV/DVD on a rainy evening. The modern country sunroom gives stunning panoramic views, where you can get lost in a good book or plan the day's activities.
