Lovely walks and cycle trails are nearby, and the Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and Wells Cathedral are all within driving distance and well worth exploring. No visit to Somerset would be complete without a visit to historic Glastonbury with its famous abbey and Tor, only 8 miles from this Somerset cottage. The Somerset coast at Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare are close by, and a trip to the stunning Exmoor National Park is not to be missed.
