The Coach House and The Stables at The Lammas are two adjacent properties that have recently undergone a comprehensive renovation resulting in a stylish mix of period features and contemporary furnishings. Located in the heart of the charming village of Minchinhampton, these properties sit in five acres of private grounds.

Each property has two bedrooms, both benefitting from en-suite bathrooms allowing groups of up to eight guests to be accommodated. With underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, fully fitted dining kitchens and light filled sitting rooms, they make the perfect retreat for a relaxing break. Each property has its own patio area with outdoor furniture and the covered cartshed between the properties provides an under cover shared dining space.

Enjoying an elevated position, Minchinhampton offers stunning views of quintessential Cotswolds valleys and is blessed with some award winning cafes and restaurants, a local butcher, organic dairy and farm shop. A highlight in the village is The Crown Inn, an 18th century pub renovated in 2019 to create the perfect Cotswold country pub. A weekly country market attests to the importance of local produce and the surrounding countryside provides numerous walking routes.

The Coach House Ground Floor: Kitchen With stable door entrance and including electric oven and hob, coffee machine, fridge and microwave as well as a dining area with folding table and six chairs. Sitting room Includes a glazed opening to a former cart shed and french doors to the patio and garden as well as 55 inch smart flatscreen television. First Floor: Day room With double doors and window with balcony railing overlooking the garden. Bedroom one With king-size bed and custom-made dressing table. En-suite bathroom With roll-top bath and shower over, heated towel rail, WC and wash basin. Bedroom two With twin single beds. En-suite bathroom Includes a large walk-in shower, twin wash basins, heated towel rail and WC. The Stables Ground Floor: Kitchen With stable door entrance and including electric oven and hob, coffee machine, fridge and microwave as well as a dining area with folding table and six leather chairs. Sitting room Includes a glazed opening to a former cart shed and french doors to the patio and garden as well as 55 inch smart flatscreen television. First Floor: Bedroom one With a king-size bed and window with balcony railings. En-suite bathroom Includes a roll-top bath, a large walk-in shower, twin wash basins, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom two With super-king size zip and link beds which can be configured as two singles beds if required. En-suite bathroom With shower, heated towel rail, WC and wash basin. Outside: Each property has its own patio with garden furniture as well as a Covered Cotswold stone patio area with table and chairs seating eight guests. A second private courtyard is to the rear of The Stables. A hard surface tennis court that can be booked by guests. Communal heated laundry room at the back of the entrance area. Guests can access the fully enclosed garden of the main house as well as wander in your own area: there is an unfenced pond in the private part of the garden some 300m from the properties, along with a chicken coup. Additional Information: A welcome hamper is provided. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in a laundry located in the cartshed area linking the two properties. Please note that each property has a sitting room that comfortably seats four guests, however each kitchen will seat eight guests. One well behaved dog (small additional charge) is welcome at The Coach House: sorry no pets at The Stables. Low beam in one bedroom in the Coach House. Children over 8 years and babes in arms welcome. Please note that internet access is offered at this property for recreational purposes only and is not meant for business use. Monday and Friday arrivals as standard but please enquire if you wish to arrive on a different day.
