Stepping inside, you will come to a lounge area, where you can sink into the sofas and catch up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Prepare your meals in the fitted kitchen, having all the appliances you could need to rustle up a delicious, home-cooked meal to reward yourself after a day of activity. Take a refreshing drink out to the enclosed courtyard where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining with a barbecue to assist. Barrowden is located adjacent to the River Welland in Rutland and in between Uppingham and Peterborough. The village offers a convenience store, community shop, café and a traditional pub to try. Close by is Rutland Water reservoir which offers a number of watersport activities and the Rutland Water Golf Club which is ideal for the keen golfer. Other attractions in the region can be found in Uppingham, Oakham and Stamford, home to the iconic Burghley House.
