This lovely stone house sits in a peaceful rural hamlet, with a tumbling stream just outside the enclosed garden, in the heart of Mid Wales, just outside the Snowdonia National Park and within easy reach of the sandy beaches of West Wales. NB there are changes of level, internal steps, steep staircase and low beams as well as steeply sloping garden, so the property and garden may be unsuitable for the infirm and very young children. Size: Sleeps up to 5, 3 bedrooms (please note that there are two bedrooms on the second floor which are not accessible to guests). Nearest amenities: 2.5 miles. Pets: 1 dog welcome £25 Short breaks: Available outside of the main holiday weeks. Smoking: No smoking. Rooms: Ground floor: lounge, sitting room, kitchen/diner, utility, shower room; first floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom. Luxuries: DVD, WiFi.
