The house is at the end of a private no-through road making it very peaceful and secluded but it is also only a very short distance to the beach, the Meare and other attractions in Thorpeness, and a walk along the beach to Aldeburgh.

Downstairs there is a large, open-plan living space with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy seating. There is a further sitting room with a cosy wood burning stove and large television with Sky so everyone can have their own space and enjoy relaxing.
Upstairs the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower over the bath. There are a further two bedrooms with a king-size bed and a double bed, a twin room and a further room with three single beds and an en-suite shower room. The family bathroom has a separate rain fall shower and a bath. The house has the added attraction of a downstairs bedroom with a bathroom which is ideal for less mobile guests.
The garden is enclosed and provides a lovely space for eating out with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is off road parking for up to four cars.

Bedroom two With twin 3' single beds and a wash basin. Bedroom three With three 3' single beds. En-suite shower room with shower, WC and wash basin. Bedroom four With a king-size bed, wash basin and television. Bedroom five With a double bed. Bathroom With separate bath, rainfall shower, wash basin and WC.
