Nestled in an idyllic position in the beautiful picture postcard Victorian conservation village of Tomich. The village has a café, and a friendly Inn with restaurant serving daily meals and bar to enjoy. The immediate area is a paradise for walking, biking and hiking with an array of country trails and forest tracks to explore, in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with an abundance of wildlife. Easy reach of the stunning Plodda Falls, Guisachan House, Glen Affric, Strathglass, Moniack Castle (Highland Winery) the world famous Loch Ness with fascinating exhibition centre and Urquhart Castle. Within touring distance of the highland s capital of Inverness, making this a fantastic base to explore the wonderful Scottish Highlands. Stepping inside this luxurious period cottage from the fully enclosed front garden, into the hall. The beautiful light and bright lounge with comfy sofas and wood burner is the ideal place to relax and enjoy cosy nights, in front of the roaring wood burner after a day out exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Or enjoy a great movie together on the Smart TV/DVD player. Next is the wonderful bespoke well equipped kitchen with AGA, combination microwave, slow cooker, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a walk in pantry with ample storage space and freezer. Enjoy romantic meals in the kitchens comfortable dining area and admire the wonderful glen views. Venturing through to the rear hallway there is direct access out to the rear garden with seating area. Finally completing the ground floor is the stylish spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading up the stairs you will find two delightful light and bright double bedrooms, both with ample storage space and lovely views. Venturing outside there is a fully enclosed front garden with wonderful glen views and rear garden with seating area. Perfect for al fresco dining and lazy evening star gazing, perhaps with a wee dram, nice glass of wine or a good local ale. There is also a secure bike storage and private off road parking for one car in front of the white garage to the rear of the cottage, with on street parking available. AGA oven, combination microwave, slow cooker, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. Please note AGA oven will be turned off and unavailable due to maintenance between 1st May 1st September 2022. A Russell Hobbs,mini muti oven, grill and two hotplates will be supplied as a replacement during this period. . Smart TV and DVD player in lounge. Large pantry with freezer and ample storage space. Fully enclosed front garden and rear garden with seating area. Secure bike store. Regret no children under age of 18. Private off road parking for 1 car in front of the white garage to the rear of the cottage and on street parking available. Shop, pub and restaurant within walking distance.
