This sweet first floor apartment, refurbished in 2020, is well placed for walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers. Set in the heart of the village of Ystradgynlais with its array of independent shops, cafes and pubs. Lots to see and do for all ages including the nearby National Show Caves of Wales at Dan yr Ogaf, where there is even a dinosaur park to enjoy. The market towns of Llandeilo and Llandovery are a 16 mile drive away and have a good range of independent shops and eateries. The city of Swansea is worth a visit with several retail parks, music and sporting venues and beaches beginning at the Mumbles and extending right into the Gower. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). As you enter this spacious first floor apartment and climb the L shape private staircase to the first floor, you will find yourself in the heart of the home, the light filled kitchen/diner is the perfect space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and Nespresso coffee machine, where you can enjoy a home cooked meal. The dining area is set just off the kitchen, where you can listen to the natural sounds of the river running alongside the property, whilst enjoying your morning coffee. Leading off the kitchen to the left, you will find the first of the bedrooms, a spacious bunk bedroom with an additional single bed, with a large bay window and plenty of storage. Leading off the kitchen to the right you will find the shower room with shower and WC. Directly opposite the shower room is the master double bedroom which has been tastefully decorated, a relaxing space to enjoy a good night s rest. To complete the apartment is the lounge area with Smart TV and comfy sofas, curl up with a good book or enjoy an evening chatting with family and friends. The lounge area boasts a large bay window with views out towards the river below, for that added relaxation.
