Located in the Ross Shire countryside with the vibrant and popular city of Inverness just 20 miles and Inverness Airport 25 miles away, this is a fantastic base for exploring the spectacular and dramatic Scottish Highlands. There are many attractions nearby including Dalmore Distillery, Dingwall, Black Isle and Cromarty Firth boat trips which are great for dolphin and seal spotting. Among the many activities available locally are salmon and trout fishing, shooting, golf and many other outdoor sports. There are many beautiful country walks to enjoy. Dornoch's beautiful beaches, Urquhart Castle, Dunrobin Castle and the famous Loch Ness are all within easy reach. On entering this magnificent accommodation you will find yourself in the impressive and elegant lounge/dining room. Situated on the main floor, this charming room has beautiful wood panelling, a grand dining table, two open fireplaces and ample seating. Exploring this handsome property further, you will find the kitchen / breakfast room. The attractively designed kitchen is fully equipped with AGA, electric range oven with gas hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, two dishwashers, breakfast table and chairs, and a window seating area from which you can enjoy garden and woodland views. The washing machine and an additional fridge and freezer are stored in the nearby utility room. You will also find a large TV/games room on the garden floor, which offers beautiful garden views, and is equipped with TV/DVD/CD, hi fi, a selection of board games and children s games. A further lounge has an open fire and beautiful views overlooking the front garden. There are seven large comfy bedrooms, all with radio iPod docks and all offering stunning views, and four of which can be made up as twin rooms on request. On the garden floor, you will find a super king size room with en suite bathroom with shower and WC, a super king size room with en suite shower room and WC, and a king size room with en suite bathroom with shower room and WC. Heading up to the first floor, there are four super king size bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with shower and WC. Separate WCs are located on the garden floor and the main floor. Moving up to the fourth floor, which is accessed by an iron spiral stair case, you will find the tower room, a study with an array of books, a computer and printer for guests to use, and which has a large balcony offering stunning sea and country views. Stepping outside, you can relax in or explore the mature garden and surrounding woodland, with garden furniture, gas BBQ, fishing rod store and stocked log store. Need to know: 7 bedrooms all with radio iPod docks: 6 super king size, 1 king size. 4 of the bedrooms can be made up as a twin rooms on request.
