Marvel at the coastal-themed exterior of the property painted in white and blue before entering the hallway to find the quaint sitting room to your left, hosting a colourful array of furniture with a floral sofa and mint green armchairs arranged around the woodburning stove, this room makes the perfect spot to delve into a good book, the dining table for three overlooking the sea also offering a great space to play a board game brought from home. Move through into the dining room with enough space for the whole group to gather, leading you through to the well-equipped kitchen where you will find all you could need to prepare those family favourites including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and even a washing machine for those longer stays. From the kitchen you will find your very own private yard, a lovely space for the little ones to play freely, or sit out on the front lawn amongst the coastal breeze, the ultimate spot for alfresco dining. Take the stairs up to the first floor to find the first of the five bedrooms, a king-size boasting its very own electric fire accompanied by a further double bedroom and the family bathroom on this floor too, home to both a bath and separate walk-in shower so you can choose how best to prepare for your day. Taking the split-level stairs to the second floor you will first find a single bed with two twin rooms being just a few more steps up, each room offering its own magnificent views, ample storage space and a snug spot to rest. When you can tear yourself away from this beautiful base, venture out to the front of the property to be met by the wonder of Ballycastle Strand, with spectacular views perfect for paddling or a scenic stroll leading you to the centre of the town. The beach runs all the way from the Pans Rocks, in front of the house, ideal for rummaging in rockpools and fishing, to the harbour and Ballycastle Marina where there are ferries to Rathlin island, sea fishing trips, paddle boarding and kayaking making a fantastic family day out for all. The house is also ideally placed to enjoy a game of golf with a couple of holes on the cliff above the house, making a truly idyllic day out with plenty of scenery to soak up at each hole. The town is also home to a good selection of shops and eateries where you can while away the hours, as well as its very own museum housed in the 18th century courthouse and market building where you can learn more of the enticing history of the local area. Explore the local attractions of Fair Head, Murlough Bay and Kinbane Castle all offering their own unique experiences and wonderful day trips, while the wonder of the Giant's Causeway World Heritage Site, and the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge being within driving distance too, are must-sees while in the area.
