A large property ideal for groups of eight people, especially families, situated very close to walking routes with stunning panoramic views from every window.

This property is in an ideal location for keen walkers or bikers. Just 1 mile away is hill gate the footpath that leads up to the peaks of the Brecon Beacons; Pen y Fan, Cribyn and Corn Du. Routes are accessible from the door, and you will find a perfect trail to suit you, whatever your ability. Just 2.5 miles away is the town of Brecon with plenty of independent shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs to explore. If you re heading here for a family activity holiday, visit the popular Cantref Adventure Farm, less than 1 mile away. On entering this spacious house, you will immediately notice how bright and airy it is. The views from the kitchen window are spectacular, looking across the peaks of the Brecon Beacons. Through the kitchen is a large utility room with a fridge/freezer, washing machine and a separate sink. There is also an area here specifically for drying out your wet and muddy walking gear. You will also find a downstairs WC. The living area is the perfect spot for all guests to unwind, with an electric fire and plenty of comfortable seating. There is a pleasant dining room with large table and chairs, also additional seating with sofa and chair. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one of which is a double room with hand basin and the other two are family bedrooms with both a single bed and a double bed in. From the windows in the family bathroom, you can see beautiful panoramic views of the area. Outside the property is a large, lawned garden, which is enclosed and ideal for dogs and children to safely roam around. There is plenty of garden furniture on the stone patio area complete with a BBQ for enjoying an evening al fresco meal and admiring the surrounding views. The road that runs past this property is an old Roman road and runs through the hills and towards the valleys.
