The semi-detached accommodation includes on the ground floor three double bedrooms and one children's bedroom accommodating eight guests in total, with two en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom. On the first floor there are a further two double bedrooms and a children's room, accommodating a further eight guests, with one en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom.
The courtyard style garden has a barbecue, colourful beanbags, sun loungers and outdoor furniture, and the hot tub accommodates six guests at a time and offers an ideal spot for star gazing.
Inside, the games room and bar is equipped with a Playstation, pool table, bar and 49” television; and there is a separate cinema room with 90” projector to dip into a full Sky menu. There are numerous countryside paths and bridleways in this beautiful part of Somerset making it perfect for walking. There are good pubs in two neighbouring villages approximately one mile away. The popular local towns of Ilminster and Langport are just a short drive away.

Jack and Gill bathroom With en-suite access from The Book Bedroom and the main corridor with bath and shower over, wash basin and WC. Double bedroom (The Sunflower Bedroom) With a 5’ king-size bed. En-suite shower room With a shower enclosure, wash basin and WC. Children's bedroom (The Toucan Bedroom) With one set of bunk beds. First Floor: Games room (The Pineapple Bar) With pool table, 49" television with Sky TV, Playstation and kitchenette/bar. Double bedroom (The Hawaiian Bedroom) With a 5’ king-size bed. En-suite shower room With shower enclosure, wash basin and WC. Double bedroom (The Cactus Bedroom) With a 4’6 double bed. Children's bedroom (The Puppies Bedroom) With two sets of bunk beds. Family bathroom With bath and shower over, wash basin and WC. Outside: Enclosed all weather garden with dining terrace, rattan chairs, sun loungers and bean bags, barbecue (charcoal not provided) and six person hot tub. Parking for four cars at the front of house.
