Set in the peaceful coastal village of West Runton, you are under 0.25 miles of the beach, local shop, pub, takeaways and restaurants. For a family day out, head to Cromer with its vast beaches, perfect for swimmers, surfers and sandcastle makers alike. There is also the Pavilion Theatre with regular shows located on the pier itself, or why not catch a film at the Regal Movieplex Cinema? For walkers, the Norfolk Coast Path is close by, offering fantastic scenic walks and access to neighbouring seaside towns and villages. Other nearby attractions include Amazona Zoo, as well as the National Trust sites of Blickling and Felbrigg Hall. Keen golfers will love the Royal Cromer Golf Club and Sheringham Golf Club both enjoyable courses with wonderful views. Enter this fantastic property and arrive into the lobby area, perfect for storing walking boots and jackets. Alongside the lounge area, you will find a games area with a full sized pool table (which can also be converted into a table tennis table) providing hours of fun. Also on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a king sized bed and a separate wardrobe. There is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, there is a choice of three bedrooms. There are two king size rooms and one king size zip and link (that can be made up to twin beds upon request). All bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings including a chest of drawers and built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a fully fitted en suite shower room with shower and WC and the second king size room looks out over the church and playing field complete with a backdrop of stunning sea views. There is also a modern family shower room with a shower and WC. Outside, you have a lovely garden space that has a patio and decking complete with the use of a large hot tub so you can stargaze and soak away amidst the bubbles. Guests have the use of a summer house with sun chairs and an outdoor games chest. There is a large outdoor table with six chairs and a gas Outback BBQ if you would like to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. At the front of the property is another smaller grassed lawn area and private off road parking for up to four cars. Adjoining the property is a large green church field space perfect for a kick about with a football or a friendly game of cricket or rounders.
