Located on the edge of Constable Country and Dedham Vale. A stones throw from the pretty village of Stoke by Nayland a short drive away for those of you that fancy a spa treatment or a quick 9 holes a visit to The Stoke by Nayland Golf course and Spa is a must. This property is ideally placed to explore some truly stunning scenery within a few miles from your doorstep. Walkers and ramblers will find many scenic trails locally or perhaps you can explore the area by bicycle and head to some of the quaint medieval villages which can be found in the area. Long Melford and Lavenham are renowned for their antique warehouses, independent shops, boutiques and places to eat and drink. A day trip to the Suffolk Heritage Coast comes highly recommended with beautiful seaside towns such as Aldeburgh, Walberswick and Southwold to explore. Bury St Edmunds is a short drive away, steeped in history, you can visit St Edmundbury cathedral, the Abbey gardens or perfect for some retail therapy. This wonderfully presented cottage has an elegant feel to it. A large open plan lounge/diner boasts a full bookshelf and leather armchair perfectly positioned to enjoy a spot of reading or put your feet up and relax on one of the two comfortable sofas while you watch your favourite shows on the large Smart TV. Meals can be enjoyed next to the warmth of a cosy wood burner with seating for up to six guests. The kitchen is charming and well equipped, you will certainly feel at home with the use of an electric oven and hobs, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine should you need it. Off the hallway, you will find a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. There are two bedrooms, the first is a light and airy twin room with ample storage and the second, the master bedroom, has a super king size bed with plenty of wardrobe storage for your belongings and clothes. To the front of the property is a private garden with a patio equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ should you wish to soak up the sun and enjoy some al fresco dining, or merely to sit and enjoy the wildlife. There is a tennis court on the grounds that guests are welcome to use free of charge, all you have to do is simply book time slots with the owner on arrival.
