Nestled in a beautiful rural location with wonderful countryside views to admire on a 482 acre internationally renowned Aberdeen Angus working farm. There is also a fantastic well stocked farm shop located on site. Within a couple of miles of the magnificent Mellerstain House, explore the 100 acre beautiful parklands with children s play park, picnic areas and Courtyard Cafe. The bustling market town of Kelso (7 miles) is located by the banks of the bonnie River Tweed renowned for its salmon and trout fishing. Visit the towns Abbey and the wonderful Floors Castle, enjoy a day out at the races or play a round of golf at an array of local courses including the Roxburghe Championship Course. Enter into the hall, the perfect place to store your outdoor clothing, through to the light and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
