Nestled on the edge of the Ribble Valley, just 2.5 miles away from the popular village of Edisford Bridge, with a charming pub and delightful riverside walks. The market town of Clitheroe (4 miles) is also within easy reach with its famous castle and abundance of pubs and restaurants. Walk the cobbled streets and browse the quirky shops or sample some of the ales in the local Bowland Brewery. Situated in the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the area is a paradise for walkers and cyclists. For those wanting to venture further afield, the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are only a short drive away and for days out all the family will enjoy, visit Bowland Wild Boar Park (4.5 miles), Towneley Hall (17 miles), or the Roman museum at Ribchester (7 miles).
