You are greeted at the traditional three-storey building by a driveway, shared between guests, where you will have a private parking space from which to unload your luggage, before entering the ground-floor apartment through it's own front door. The welcoming open plan living area has two large bay windows, making a right and airy space to relax in front of the television after a long day round the town, and if you haven't grabbed food whilst you're out, then take advantage of the contemporary kitchen and rustle up a meal to enjoy round the dining table as you watch the world go by through one of the bay windows. Moving through the property there is a tastefully styled bedroom with a king-size bed to escape to when the evening draws to a close, storage to unpack any personal belongings and an en-suite shower room so you can get ready in style. The bedroom has patio doors which open up into an enclosed garden with gravel and patio, hosting outdoor seating and making a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine as the sun goes down. A short drive away is the cathedral city of Lincoln, which has a bustling nightlife, lovely restaurants looking out onto Brayford Pool, a breath-taking medieval cathedral, great museums and galleries, the gorgeous Steep Hill street, ample antique and high street shops, the Norman fortress of Lincoln Castle and Boultham Mere Nature Reserve. In the opposite direction, you can drive out to the coast, where you will find a number of sandy beaches, as well as an idyllic pier, seal sanctuary and aquarium at Skegness.
