The beautifully furnished, all ground floor accommodation, provides for stylish and flexible living with a sociable open-plan layout. The accommodation includes a generous sitting room with a feature flame effect Scandinavian style hanging fire, and a light-filled conservatory style dining area with statement table overlooking the pond and garden. There is a stunning, fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with granite worktops, an island with breakfast bar, a drinks bar, ice machine, wine cooler, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and indeed everything you would wish to find and more. A cleverly designed utility section with a separate sink, storage, washing machine and tumble dryer has been concealed behind sliding doors. An excellent study provides an array of built in office furniture, with the desk enjoying an outlook over the gardens.
The bedroom suite includes a luxurious en-suite and combined dressing room, with a generous double steam shower, twin vanity units, a make-up area, extensive wardrobe/closet/drawer space, excellent lighting, numerous mirrors and underfloor heating.
Rough Creek Lodge offers the perfect space in which to unwind, relax and enjoy the excellent accommodation and outstanding garden. The sun deck, with twin sun beds, affords a full view of the pond, gardens and countryside beyond; in addition is a second seating area with table, chairs and parasol next to the pond to watch the fish and visiting ducks.
Well situated for exploring Dorset, this special property offers easy access to Blandford and Wimborne with their numerous shops, restaurants and cafes, and numerous quaint villages nearby. The Jurassic Coast, Isle of Purbeck, Corfe Castle and Studland are all within easy reach, as are the towns of Poole, Bournemouth and Dorchester.

Please be aware that some of the grounds belong to the neighbouring manor house, with the gated entrance and part of the access track shared, along with a tree house near the lodge.

The tranquil 'creek' incorporates a water feature and pond with an island effect seating area right at the waterside, offering the perfect spot to relax and reflect whilst watching the fish and resident ducks. A lawned area with wooden bench provides further seating and an additional outlook over the stunning gardens. In addition to ample parking on the gravelled driveway, undercover parking is available for one vehicle. Please note that there is a tree house close to the lodge which is occasionally used by the family that own the property and their children, guests are welcome to respectfully share the tree house and enjoy the views from the top.
