Be prepared to be wowed! This stunning property features a wood burning stove in the sitting room with luxury, showstopper Joules tweed & velvet sofas; both bedrooms are also beautifully furnished and dressed with quality linens, finished with lovely quilts and pretty coastal cushions. There is a ground floor cloakroom, in addition to the upstairs bathroom, with clever storage spots throughout for shoes, wellies and coats. The kitchen is well-equipped with Le Creuset bakeware, an Artisan mixer and top of the range SMEG oven; the addition of the butcher’s block island gives the space a really inviting feel. The garden provides a relaxing suntrap in the summer months, with a sheltered paved patio area, quality garden furniture and stunning views over the surrounding countryside. The views across the fields from the master bedroom in the morning are equally as wonderful. The property is located just a short walk away from the local pub in the village, but is remote enough for utter peace and quiet too. With miles of pretty walks and bike rides straight from your doorstep and the coast just a short drive away, Sedgeford makes a great base for exploring north and west Norfolk. You are just a short drive to the west Norfolk coast, with the renowned 'winter wildlife spectacular', as well as pretty, desirable villages such as Thornham nearby and the Victorian seaside resort of Hunstanton which is always great fun for the kids. The beautiful north coast beaches are just a little further around the coast; the spectacular Holme Dunes and the Norfolk Wildlife Trust are only a couple of miles away. Sandringham Estate, Lavender fields, birdwatching reserves, award winning eateries, miles of beaches and quiet countryside walks, plenty nearby to entertain the children on a wet day, Houghton Hall stately home ... what's not to love about this area?
