All on ground floor: Living room/kitchen with breakfast area, beams and tiled floor. 1 double bedroom with 3 steps down to en-suite shower room and toilet. . Multi-fuel burner in living room (initial fuel included). Gas central heating included (£25per week, £15 per short break November-March). Gas, electricity (by generator), bed linen and towels included. No TV. Gas cooker. Combi microwave/oven/grill. Garden with sitting-out area and furniture. Parking (2 cars). Cycle store. Natural water supply from reservoir. No smoking.. This quirky detached holiday property for two has marvellous views out over the valley and out to sea in the distance. Beautifully converted from a former hunting lodge, it has a lovely rustic feel to it. There are walks available from the door and the Offa’s Dyke footpath is nearby. There’s a sandy beach at Prestatyn and the castles at Rhuddlan and Bodelwyddan are well worth visiting. The little city of St Asaph is also nearby and day visits to Llandudno, Conwy and Chester are also possible. Beach 10 miles. Shop, pub serving food and restaurant 1 mile.
