The private patio is an ideal spot to enjoy watching the visiting wildlife and birds. Woodmancott is a hamlet close to Winchester, a medieval city surrounded by picturesque villages and scenic countryside, and is a culturally rich and vibrant destination. Visit the magnificent 900-year-old Winchester Cathedral and take a tour. Enjoy lunch in one of the award-winning pubs or restaurants, browse the ancient and modern shopping streets where you will find a thriving independent vibe from artisan bakers and butchers to lively art galleries, a working mill (the oldest in the country) and colourful markets. For rail enthusiasts, visit Alresford and Alton for the mid Hants Watercress Line or just to visit on market days.
