First Floor: Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed, vaulted ceilings and en-suite with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.. Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Dating back to the 19th century, this wonderful holiday property once formed part of the coaching inn for The Grange, a grade II listed building now utilised as a family run hotel with a small touring park. This end of terrace cottage, at the rear of the hotel has been refurbished to a high standard to provide comfortable and welcoming accommodation. There is a spacious kitchen/dining room on the ground floor along with a comfortable living room and twin bedroom. The first floor has a kingsize bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which is also used as the main house bathroom. Located at the edge of the village of Ormesby, close to the Broads, the property is ideal for bird watching, fishing (with a licence and in season), walking and cycling. The family seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is just a short drive away with its fun fair, pier, excellent sandy beach, model village, amusements, indoor leisure centre with pool, Sea Life Centre and crazy golf. The nearby village of Caister-on-Sea has a wide sandy beach backed with grassy dunes, shops, restaurants, cafés and a pub. Caister Lifeboat Visitor Centre and Caister Castle, home to an impressive classic car collection, are both worth a visit. For an exciting night out head to Yarmouth Stadium, located between Caister-on-Sea and Great Yarmouth, which hosts evenings of greyhound racing and stock car racing. Daily boat hire and river trips are available to explore the expanse of waterways of the Norfolk Broads, with its pretty villages, country pubs and amazing wildlife. Do not miss the city of Norwich, 22 miles, with its cathedral, castle museum, theatre, excellent shopping malls, market square, cafés and pubs. Explore the history of the area and visit the beautiful National Trust properties of Blickling Estate and Felbrigg Halls. Enjoy a wonderful evening at the on-site pub and restaurant situated 10 yards from the property, which hosts live music outside on Fridays and Saturdays.
