Lincoln, famous for its cathedral and castle is 34 miles inland, with the Georgian market town of Louth, 18 miles away, for days out. For those that enjoy local markets there is one for virtually every day of the week in the surrounding Lincolnshire Wolds towns. Horncastle boasts one of the largest selections of antique and collectibles shops in the country.
