Ardross is a very well presented and comfortable holiday cottage situated within the Comrie area, south of the river Earn and just a short drive to Loch Earn. The lovely village is well equipped with a selection of shops, a delicatessen and a public house serving great home cooked local produce. This detached holiday cottage is ideal for lovers of nature and wildlife, backing onto woodland and offering guests a tranquil outdoor space with benches and seating scattered throughout the garden. There is a spacious living room with comfortable furniture and a cosy wood burner, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sight-seeing. The open plan kitchen/dining room has a good level of appliances and most things you could need during your stay. There is also a separate utility room with a dishwasher and washing machine, offering peace of mind whatever the weather. There are three comfortable bedrooms, comprising a master with a double bed and an en-suite toilet, alongside a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both served by a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Auchingarrich Wildlife Centre is located nearby, and is home to great fly fishing ponds. Nearby Drummond Castle is sure to make for a superb day out, dating back to the 17th century and sitting amidst stunning gardens waiting to be explored. The whole area is very well suited to the outdoor enthusiast and boasts many walks right from the front door, as well as many cycle routes to explore.
