Paddock House is a beautiful detached, stone-built bungalow situated in Middleham, Wensleydale, nestled away peacefully just behind Middleham village square. The property feels warm and welcoming no matter what the weather. There’s ample private parking at the property with a double garage that can be used for storage. It is an excellent property which is exceptionally large and offers plenty of space for families with members of all ages. There are two living rooms and the bedrooms offer a great combination for sleeping arrangements with a super kingsize, two zip and link super kingsize beds that can be made up as singles on request, and a double sofa bed. The bungalow is perfect for that family or group get together or celebration. Step out of the patio doors from the living room into a beautiful landscaped garden and patio, a lovely outside place to entertain or simply take in the stunning views. Beyond the garden is an enclosed paddock, when not occupied by the local sheep can be used by guests to enjoy. This ideal location is within 2 minutes of restaurants, pubs, cafés, small independent shops and local village store. Middleham is renowned for its castle, formerly home to Richard III and is home to several race horse stables. A fabulous sight to watch as the horses are led through the village each day up onto the gallops.
