All on the ground floor. Open plan living space. Living area: With electric fire and 32’’ Freesat TV. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1: With double bed. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bedroom 3: With twin beds. Bedroom 4: With bunk bed. Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle and toilet.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair.. Decking with garden furniture, BBQ and firepit. 25-acre natural grounds and woodland (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced river in the grounds, 550 yards away.. Rannoch is located in a central area with woodland and the River Spean, and provides a great base from which to explore the Highlands. It is located only 10 miles from Fort William, and with a train station within a short distance, it offers the holiday maker great access into the mountains. The property consists of four bedrooms comprising a double, two twin rooms and a bunk room, all served by a four piece family bathroom. There is a spacious open plan living area and dining area extending into the kitchen. Outside there is private parking, a decked area with a barbecue and a firepit. The owners, who live on-site, are on hand should you need advice or assistance during your stay. The local area is packed with things to do all year round from winter skiing (weather permitting) at Nevis Range, 9 miles. There are numerous other attractions including Ben Nevis Distillery and Mallaig Marine World. The property is within walking distance of the local pub which serves great food. Catch a train from the local train station to explore the area without the need of a car. Shop 500 yards, pub and restaurant 440 yards.
