Living area: With electric wood burner and Freeview TV. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Bedroom: With double bed. Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available on request. . Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars (not suitable for camper vans or vehicles of a similar size). No smoking.. Once inside you are greeted by a spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area, with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the countryside views from. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need for your break away and separate seating area to enjoy your meals, or why not dine al fresco in one of the two outside seating areas, you’ll certainly be spoilt for choice. Retire in the evening to the immaculately presented bedroom where a restful night’s sleep is guaranteed. As locations go, you are ideally located for all that this fantastic area of North Wales has to offer. Less than 8 miles to the coastline and under 20 miles to the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. You are within easy reach of Colwyn Bay, with miles of sweeping promenade, a little further is Llandudno a fabulous Victorian seaside town with traditional pier. Gwyrch Castle where ’I’m a Celebrity’ has been filmed is also only a short drive away.
