Ground Floor: 14 steps to entrance. Living room: With wood burner and Smart TV. Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, electric hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Utility room: With washer/dryer. Conservatory.. First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included.. Enclosed, lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. The cottage is a two-bedroom spacious property. There’s a kitchen/dining room which is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. A cosy living room with a warming wood burner for those chillier evenings, and another seating area in the conservatory with a comfy sofa, that looks out onto the garden, a great space to relax in no matter the weather. Dolwyddelan is a charming village right in the heart of Snowdonia, and a short stroll from the cottage you’ll find the village shop which sells all the essentials you’ll need. If you don’t fancy cooking there’s also a couple of welcoming pubs to enjoy. A real walkers paradise with some spectacular routes right on the doorstep to enjoy; Moel Siabod stands just North of Dolwyddelan and many Mount Snowdon routes are also only a short drive from the cottage. The village is nestled between Betws Y Coed and Blaenau Ffestiniog which is home to Zip World. In Betws Y Coed only 6 miles distance, there’s golfing to enjoy, fishing and plenty of independent shops to peruse. Nearby you’ll also find world renowned bike trails, and areas where you can enjoy the ever-popular kayaking and paddle boarding from. Further down the coast is Conwy with many historical sights, from a UNESCO Castle to an Elizabethan Manor, there’s also a charming harbour which is home to Britain’s smallest House.
