Living/bedroom area With Freeview Smart TV and double bed. Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. Travel cot and highchair available on request. External utility with washing machine and tumble dryer (token operated). On road parking. No smoking.. This is the perfect first floor apartment for a couple to enjoy a holiday together close to the beach. inside there is a comfortable and spacious bedroom which is open plan with the living room and there is a smart TV on the wall. Next door is the kitchen/dining area perfect for relaxing with you morning coffee and has everything you need to cook a good meal. On the ground floor, outside of the property, is a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, they are token operated but the owner will provide a few for your stay. The beach is within walking distance at just half a mile away and this area is quieter than the beaches towards Boscombe and Bournemouth. It is a sandy beach with fantastic views across the ocean and toward the Isle of Wight and The Purbecks. Also within walking distance is Southbourne high street which has a selection of convenience stores, independent restaurants, shops and pubs, including is a wide variety of takeaways and cafés as well. There are numerous places you can visit nearby including Hengistbury Head which is an area of Scientific Interest due to its wildlife. Christchurch with its weekly market, independent shops, beautiful harbour and is home to one of the longest parish churches in the country. Bournemouth is also within easy reach with its high street of shops, frequent events, cinema, theatre and many eateries. The New Forest is well worth a visit with its free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys. It is an excellent place to go walking and cycling. Some of the nearby days out include Moors Valley, Beaulieu Motor Museum, The Heavy Horse Farm, The Aviation Museum, The Oceanarium, Highcliffe Castle, Hurst Castle, National Trusts Brown Sea Island and so much more!
