Old Hall Farm Barn is a stunning, detached barn restored to retain its period charm and features. There is a private large fenced lawned garden to enjoy, complete with footpath access through the owners’ meadowland of 12 acres with cattle and sheep, which connects to the Marriotts Way, 21 miles of former railway track bed, ideal for walkers and cyclists. The barn is very light and airy with floor-to-ceiling glass doors to enjoy the tranquil surroundings, countryside views and wildlife. The living room boasts a wood burner and Netflix TV. The kitchen/dining room with its centre island and dining area, is great for formal get togethers or simple family meals. There are three ground floor bedrooms, each with their own door leading to the garden, and a ground floor shower room with walk-in shower. Stairs lead up to the master bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath, walk-in shower and toilet. Outside offers a large seating terrace with lounge garden furniture and dining table, firepit, parasol and BBQ. The small market town of Reepham, 1 mile, is a conservation town with market place, tennis court, delicatessen, cafés, newsagents, shops, boutique stores and restaurants, as well as other amenities including a hardware store, chemist and library.
