This beautifully furnished detached cottage is just brimming with charm and character, from its traditional beams to its fabulous wood burner. The cottage has lovely open-plan living areas and is perfect for a couple or a small family to enjoy at any time of the year. Just a short stroll away is the centre of Penrhyndeudraeth where you can find a pub, café, shop, restaurant, takeaways and a main line station. It also has a station on the world-famous Ffestiniog narrow gauge steam railway, which winds its scenic way down to the sea at Porthmadog or journeys into the mountains to reach the slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, which of course is also now well known for its zip wires, underground trampolines at Bounce Below and world class mountain biking. Arddwyn is perfectly located for exploring the surrounding Snowdonia National Park and of course the fabulous coastline, with Black Rock Sands, 5 miles, one of the region’s superb sandy beaches where you can even drive your car on to the beach! Championship golf courses, horse riding, mountain biking and excellent walking opportunities are easily accessible.
